some compostions i liked that i will try to use some how.

i love crime dramas and film noir. so im trying a short story and trying to find a different color scheme for this genre. its been done soooooo many times, but i would like to try a take on it.

i was talking to my office mate emma about compostion, light and depth of feild in drawings. i went to muir woods and found amazing natural elements that i try to use. dramatic lighting and the rule of thirds of course. simple but they work.

with these i played with the idea of the path disappearing

for these i tried to have the path or a tree lead the eye into the compostiton

these pics are me trying to get light as a focal point in a largely black space. i added the guy in the shot to complete my idea and prove that you can get a idea across with simple light.

i just loved this ol lady. and that jacket color was the actual color!!!!! the pen i had just happened to match. it's like you're really there!
